  • Two to three years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with donors, partners, volunteers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company-provided technology.
  • Experience with CRM systems, database management, or data entry preferred.
  • Ability to prepare reports and perform basic mathematical calculations, including percentages, commissions, and proportions.
  • A passion for fundraising and donor engagement.
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, corporate partners, sponsors, vendors, donors, and volunteers.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, follow established procedures, and resolve routine issues independently.
