About the role
As aDevelopment Coordinator within our Creator Network team, you will play a vital role in keeping our partnership pipeline moving smoothly. This position is a great opportunity for an ambitious, organized professional looking to build a strong foundation in the creator economy and media industry.

Sitting at the intersection of strategy, research, and relationship management, you will learn the ropes of deal-making by supporting the team from initial creator outreach through to contract execution. You’ll keep our CRM organized while diving into research and trend-spotting, giving you the chance to contribute to finding and shaping the next wave of premier audio and video creators. This role offers an excellent vantage point into the business of podcasting and an opportunity to grow and develop your career in a fast-moving media environment.

Compensation range:$60000 annual


What you´ll do

  • Pipeline & Process Support Manage and maintain the inbound submissions pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked, evaluated, and responded to in a timely manner.

  • Keep internal databases, CRM and deal trackers up to date and organized.

  • Support the team in tracking deal progress from initial outreach through contract execution.

  • Research & Opportunity Sourcing Conduct research on emerging creators, shows, and networks across podcasting, YouTube, and social platforms.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities and surface high-potential leads to the team.

  • Monitor trends in the podcast and creator landscape, including platform developments and competitor activity.

  • Outreach & Materials Assist in preparing pitch materials and presentations tailored to prospective partners.

  • Support outbound outreach efforts, including coordinating introductions and follow-ups.

  • Help customize Acast’s positioning based on creator needs and market trends.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Ad Ops, and Legal to support deal flow and onboarding.

  • Assist in coordinating internal meetings, including pipeline reviews and content-to-sales syncs Help ensure smooth handoffs from development to.

  • Creator Management Deal & Partner Support Support the preparation of internal deal summaries, financial inputs, and approval materials.

  • Assist with onboarding new partners, ensuring all required information and assets are collected.

  • Provide general support on active deals and ad hoc development projects.

Who you are
You’re an enthusiastic, highly organized self-starter who lives and breathes the podcasting and digital creator landscape. Ideally, you bring 2–3 years of experience in a similar support, coordination, or research role, and you're ready to take the next step. You don't need a lifetime of complex deal-making experience under your belt—what you do need is a hunger to learn, a genuine passion for the media industry, and a love for keeping things structured and moving forward. You’re excited to dive into the details, figure out how things work, and help our team scale.
