The (PSL) Post Sales Logistics Development Coach is responsible for assisting with development of customercarerepresentatives. The PSL Development Coachshould have an advance knowledge of PSL processes and procedures. They should possess the ability to trainvarious PSL curricula,routinely providePSLdevelopmentreporting,creates andimplements agentaction plans,assist withmonitoringPSLRCCACorrective ActionCECqueues, and respond to customer and operational escalations. Respondtimelyto agent escalationsrouted to the CEC Development queueSuccessfulcandidateswillanalyze development data, identify developmentopportunities,and communicate effectivelyby phone and/or writingwith all PSL network partners such as warehouse, transportation centers, specialist, and program managers.
