Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation has an opening for one (1) full-time Development Associate/Individual Giving Coordinator to support the organization’s growing fundraising efforts through a combination of grant writing, donor relations, and individual giving initiatives. This position is a non-exempt role within the Fund Development Department.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer and detail-oriented project manager who is equally comfortable preparing compelling proposals and reports for private foundations, corporations, and government agencies, as well as cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of individual donors. This is a growth position reporting to the Director of Fund Development & Strategic Initiatives and supporting the Deputy Director of Fund Development.
CHLDC has an annual budget of $25 million and serves over 20,000 residents annually across multiple schools, storefronts, and a community center.
