Are you a Development Analyst and looking to grow into an Associate and work for a Developer in which you can evolve your career working on full cycle investment and development projects l.  My client is a highly respected Developer who build high end legacy buildings in the Toronto area. They are looking to add to their Development team with someone ambitious, analytical and eager to be mentored.

If you enjoy preparing development pro forma, modeling of scenarios to assess various real estate decisions then read on;

You would be working with the Development Director to review, track and analyze market transactions, assist in investments , acquisitions and due diligence along with giving your insight on where the project is going in order to be able to forecast and provide operational insights and recommendations, you can also evolve into development project delivery.

If you can demonstrate aptitude in  development analysis, then you would be perfect for the role.
