  • Leading business application development
  • Setup and Formalize Development repeatable model for project deliveries
  • Engage with regional teams to understand definition of done from development delivery perspective and channelize its adoption and deliveries within project
  • Engage with various project teams, communicate and establish execution plan
  • Work with various teams across projects to define and drive the development end to end
  • Build solutions to define system specification
  • Design and develop solutions that protect and manage policy administration system
  • Share and review your innovation technical ideas with peers, high level technical contributors, and managers

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

  • Minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in system specification development
  • Experience working in Life Insurance is needed
  • Experience of working for policy administration system
  • Bilingual capabilities in business environment in Japanese and English (High business level needed)
  • Experience of supporting technical teams size of 4-6
  • Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global

Skills & Experience (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of single premium, life / annuity insurance is a plus
  • Knowledge of Policy Admin System

Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:

Hybrid Model, following Manulife’s Working Better guidelines.

Over time:

0-40 hours/month.

Salary:

Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
