Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain the Development Team's calendars and meeting schedules.
  • Monitor and respond to day-to-day emails, ensuring enquiries are directed appropriately.
  • Raise and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate records.
  • Process, monitor, and maintain records of invoices and payments.
  • Update and maintain weekly trackers, spreadsheets, development data, and internal reporting documents.
  • Maintain and manage development databases and records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems and company records.
  • Support the Development Team with general day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist with producing reports and updating information as required.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure information is accurate and shared in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other basic computer systems.
  • Experience processing purchase orders and invoices would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
