What you will do:
Design, develop and maintain verification environments, test frameworks and tooling for radio product verification
Implement and improve test infrastructure (including automation scripts, simulators, stubs/mocks and integration with CI/CD pipelines) to support functional, performance and regression testing
Collaborate with verification, system and software teams to understand test requirements and translate them into environment capabilities and reusable solutions
Analyze environment and tool issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and drive fixes and improvements
Optimize environment performance, stability and usability, ensuring efficient resource usage and smooth test execution
Contribute to continuous improvement of verification workflows, including best practices, documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
The skills you bring:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or related field
Solid programming skills (e.g. Python, C/C++, or similar) and experience in developing tools, scripts or frameworks for test and verification
Hands-on experience with test automation, verification environments or CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.) is a strong advantage
Good understanding of software/hardware integration, preferably in radio/telecom or embedded systems contexts
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and quality
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with clear communication and a proactive mindset
Good English skills (spoken and written) for daily collaboration in an international environment
