Requirements

  Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 
  Experience in property development or construction environment
• 
  Strong understanding of development process, design coordination, and project execution
• 
  Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• 
  Able to manage multiple project phases independently
• 
  Preferred Experience
• 
  High-rise residential / mixed development / commercial projects
• 
  Exposure to both planning and site implementation phases
• 
  Familiar with local authority submission process
