Developer Relations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Developer Relations professional who can strengthen our tech brand through meaningful community engagement. In this role, you will organize and run both internal and external events, build relationships with developers and industry partners, and foster a vibrant developer ecosystem around our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize internal and external events — meetups, conferences, summits, and hackathons — to boost the company's tech brand presence
• Build relationships with external community leaders
• Track engagement and loyalty through key metrics
• Collect and channel feedback from the developer community back to the product team
• Identify and nurture external tech advocates and speakers who represent the company
• Moderate and grow developer communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, GitHub, etc
• Support engineers in writing and publishing technical content — articles, case studies, and tutorials
• Collaborate with the SMM team to align developer-facing content with broader social media strategy and ensure consistent technical brand voice across channels

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience organizing and running tech events — meetups, conferences, summits, internal talks
• Strong networking skills and proven ability to build relationships with community leaders, vendors, and conference organizers
• Familiarity with developer ecosystems and an understanding of what motivates engineering teams
• Comfort with data — tracking engagement metrics, interpreting results, and adjusting strategy accordingly
• Experience with or a strong understanding of open source culture and contribution workflows
• Active presence and hands-on experience managing developer communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, or GitHub
• Practical proficiency with AI-powered tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation
