Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the global ecological construction of Tripo, conducting technical preaching in domestic and foreign communities such as GitHub, Discord, X (Twitter), Hacker News, V2EX, and establishing cooperation with the official.
2. Organize global/regional Hackathons, developer salons, and online challenges to activate groups such as independent game producers and 3D printing enthusiasts.
3. Collaborate with mainstream well-known AI companies (such as LLM, Wenshengtu, and Wenshengvideo big model enterprises) to plan cross modal linkage technology activities and create industry hot selling application scenarios.
4. Collect real feedback from community developers on the developer platform, and reverse drive internal product and model teams to optimize and iterate the platform.

2.组织全球/区域性 Hackathon（黑客马拉松）、开发者沙龙及线上挑战赛，激活独立游戏制作人、3D 打印发烧友等群体。
3.联合主流知名 AI 公司（如 LLM、文生图、文生视频大模型企业），策划跨模态的联动技术活动，打造行业爆款应用场景。
4.收集社区开发者对开发者平台 的真实反馈，反向推动内部产品与模型团队优化迭代平台。

Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of experience in technical community operation or DevRel, with successful preaching experience in the global AI/SaaS/open source project community preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and native Chinese, able to communicate with developers worldwide without barriers, possessing technical content writing and presentation abilities.
3. Strong interest in Generative AI, 3D graphics, or game development, able to understand the jargon and pain points of technical developers.
4. Having a background in the gaming industry is preferred, and having a TA background in the gaming industry is preferred.
1. 3 年以上技术社区运营或 DevRel 经验，在全球化 AI/SaaS/开源项目社区有成功布道经验者优先。
2.优秀的英语及母语级中文沟通能力，能与全球开发者无障碍交流，具备技术内容撰写及演讲能力。
3.对 Generative AI、3D 图形学或游戏开发有浓厚兴趣，能够理解技术开发者的黑话与痛点。
4.具备游戏行业背景优先，具备游戏行业TA背景优先。
