
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Developer Marketing Team. Our innovative and dynamic organization is responsible for helping to grow our brand presence within the developer community. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media and marketing campaigns.
A successful candidate has a strong background in paid media, campaign management, and performance marketing. As a marketing manager on the Developer team, you have a passion for building communities, driving engagement, and amplifying brand voice. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that connect with developer audiences, foster loyalty, and deliver measurable results.

- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
