Habilidades Técnicas (Hard Skills):

  • Levantamiento de requerimientos (requerido).
  • Capacidad de Análisis de requerimientos (requerido).
  • Conocimiento en diagramas UML (Diagramas de flujo, Modelo de datos, Diagramas de proceso).
  • Conocimiento en diseño servicios web API REST (requerido).
  • Conocimientos en Fundamentos Scrum.
  • JSON.
  • Lenguajes: RAML, UML
  • Herramientas: Jira, Bitbucket, GIT

Skills Dev (ASO Desarrollador)

  • Habilidades Técnicas (Hard Skills):
  • Fuertes conocimientos en programación con Java (deseable 8).
  • Consumo y construcción de Servicios Web (Rest como SOAP).
  • Uso de gestores o constructores de proyectos (Maven, Gradle, etc).
  • Aplicación de Spring Core.
  • Aplicación de Git y Git Flow.
  • Aplicación de pruebas unitarias Junit (Deseable Mockito).
  • Conocimientos de SonarQube y Jenkins.
  • Deseable aplicación de patrones de diseño.
  • Deseable el conocimiento de uso de comandos en consola/terminal.
  • Deseable el uso de Marcos Ágiles.

Habilidades Blandas (Soft Skills):

  • Trabajo en equipo, Escucha activa, Comunicación Efectiva, Negociación.
  • Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad, Atención al cliente, Autodidacta.
  • Lenguajes: Java, RAML (Deseable u equivalente), UML (Deseable), Cucumber (Deseable - Given, When, Then, BDD, etc).
  • Herramientas: Docker, SonarQube, Git (Tanto control de versiones como flow), Jira, Bitbucket, Cliente para Testing a Servicios Web RESTFul (Ejemplo Postman), IDE de programación (Porejemplo Eclipse, Spring Tools, etc), Jenkins (Deseable).
