As a Developer II, you will be responsible for producing clean and efficient code based on the user stories’ acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will write unit test scripts with good coverage, troubleshoot, debug, and modify existing software, and participate in builds and deployments.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a motivated and talented Senior Python Engineer to join our team. You’ll help us build world-class technology that leverages large language models (LLMs) and large datasets to transform a legacy industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Python skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or other agent platforms is a major plus.

Qualifications

Experience – 3 Years – 5 Years

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python codes.
• Contribute to our AI stack, with a focus on LangGraph.
• Develop and maintain our Django / Flask-based platform, deployed on AWS EKS.
• Collaborate with the team to define requirements and deliver solutions. Take a leadership role in product development.
• Diagnose and fix bugs in existing applications.
• Research, prototype, and implement new features.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert Python development skills, demonstrated through academic, personal, or professional projects.
• Experience with Flask and AWS EKS.
• Proficiency with Git and containerized deployment (e.g., Docker).
• Expert understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of NLP libraries and related AI tools.
• TypeScript and React experience.
