Position Developer for Automated Hardware Testing

Tasks:

• Development of software for the control and automation of test systems
• Development and refinement of electronic hardware (circuits, interfaces, prototypes)
• Analysis of hardware requirements and derivation of suitable test strategies
• Design, implementation and maintenance of automated production and functional tests, including documentation
• Development of test software for the reliable, reproducible validation of electronic assemblies
• Close collaboration with hardware development, production and quality assurance
• Analysis and resolution of problems in the production environment

Requirements:

• A degree in electrical engineering
• Very good knowledge of at least one of the following languages:
• C++
• Python
• Experience with
• Low-level hardware programming
• Test automation
• Interface communication (e.g. UART, SPI, I²C, Ethernet, CAN)
• Knowledge of circuit design and electronics design
• Knowledge of programming test environments and database connections
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Doors, Jama, Polarion, etc.)
• Good written and spoken English
• Good written and spoken German
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, a high level of commitment and quality awareness, as well as an independent and structured approach to work
