Terraformers 🌎 are now looking for Developer Experience Engineers who can empower the entire HaleyTek engineering organization by building the "product that builds the product." In this role, you will:
Support all of HaleyTek at an enterprise level by optimizing our build systems and DX tooling.
Innovate with tooling, exploring both "normal" automation and AI-driven solutions to speed up development.
Act as a knowledge-sharing champion, collecting feedback directly from our developers, TekLeads, and Lead Developers to ensure our tools actually solve our problems.
Shape the DevEx roadmap, identifying bottlenecks in the developer journey and fixing them before they become blockers.
