What You Will Do
- Design and implement developer experience strategies to enhance productivity and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline workflows using CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain internal tools that facilitate seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Analyze developer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the development environment.
- Lead initiatives to enhance documentation and onboarding processes for new developers.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
- Proven experience with cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure, in a production environment.
- Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools, particularly Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving developer workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred
- Experience with marketplace platforms or similar business models.
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and agile practices.

Compensation and Benefits
