  • Support multi-org consolidation into a single target Health Cloud org

  • Data Quality, Identity & Validation

  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, normalization, and de-duplication

  • Implement patient identity resolution and survivorship logic

  • Validate referential integrity across related objects

  • Produce reconciliation reports (record counts, field-level validation)

  • Partner with business SMEs to validate migrated data

  • Compliance, Security & Governance

  • Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and PII

  • Apply data masking strategies in non-production environments

  • Support consent, auditability, and data retention requirements

  • Maintain traceability and documentation for regulatory review

  • Testing & Cutover Support

  • Support migration dry runs and parallel testing

  • Resolve data defects during UAT

  • Participate in go-live cutover and post-migration stabilization

  • Monitor data load errors and remediate issues quickly

  • Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Admins, Integration teams, and Compliance partners

  • Document data mappings, transformation rules, and load procedures

  • Communicate risks, dependencies, and data issues clearly to stakeholders

  • Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce data migration experience

  • Strong SQL and data transformation skills

  • Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Boomi, SSIS) or custom Python-based pipelines

  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs

  • Salesforce & Healthcare Experience
