We are seeking a Data Developer to support a large-scale CRM consolidation initiative, migrating data from multiple legacy systems into Salesforce Health Cloud. This role is critical to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality patient, provider, and program data during system consolidation and cutover.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce data migrations, healthcare data, and complex transformation logic, and can operate confidently in regulated environments involving PHI.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Consolidation & Data Migration
Design and develop data migration pipelines to consolidate multiple legacy CRMs, flat files, and APIs into Salesforce Health Cloud
Extract, transform, and load high-volume datasets (patients, enrollments, cases, activities, clinical timelines)
Map legacy data models to Salesforce Health Cloud standard and custom objects
Implement full-load and incremental (delta) migration strategies
Support cutover planning, execution, and rollback readiness
Salesforce Health Cloud Data Development
Develop data loads using Salesforce Bulk API v2, REST, and Composite APIs
Implement upsert strategies using External IDs
Manage Salesforce governor limits and performance constraints during large migrations
Load and validate Person Accounts, Care Programs, Care Plans, and related objects
Support multi-org consolidation into a single target Health Cloud org
Data Quality, Identity & Validation
Perform data profiling, cleansing, normalization, and de-duplication
Implement patient identity resolution and survivorship logic
Validate referential integrity across related objects
Produce reconciliation reports (record counts, field-level validation)
Partner with business SMEs to validate migrated data
Compliance, Security & Governance
Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and PII
Apply data masking strategies in non-production environments
Support consent, auditability, and data retention requirements
Maintain traceability and documentation for regulatory review
Testing & Cutover Support
Support migration dry runs and parallel testing
Resolve data defects during UAT
Participate in go-live cutover and post-migration stabilization
Monitor data load errors and remediate issues quickly
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Admins, Integration teams, and Compliance partners
Document data mappings, transformation rules, and load procedures
Communicate risks, dependencies, and data issues clearly to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in data development or data engineering
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce data migration experience
Strong SQL and data transformation skills
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Boomi, SSIS) or custom Python-based pipelines
Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs
Salesforce & Healthcare Experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Strong understanding of Person Accounts and CRM data relationships
Experience migrating healthcare, pharmacy, hub services, or patient services data
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR / HL7 – preferred)
Compliance & Quality
Experience working with PHI / PII
Understanding of HIPAA data handling requirements
Strong focus on data accuracy, completeness, and auditability
Experience consolidating multiple CRMs into a single Salesforce org
Prior hub services or patient assistance program experience
Exposure to CTI, omnichannel, or case management data
CI/CD experience for data pipelines
Experience supporting Salesforce Health Cloud reporting and analytics
