All about the role:

As a Developer - CRM, you will be part of CDI Engineering Organization - CRMteamand will be a key player within Post Purchase Consumer Service & Sales Digital Proudct team that helps discover and define the problem statement for our Contact Center and Field service operations and deliver on product backlog. You will create detailed Functional spec, Technical Specs and implement scalable CRMsolutions in a global landscape. You will work in a scaled agileproducts teams set-up and responsible to support our Product Managers with delivering backlog as per set prioritization.

Together with our Engineering service team you will drive transformation in a complex IT delivery landscape, consulting with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Senior developers and Tech leads among other stakeholders to enable successful continuous deliveryin both Agile and traditional project managementway. You will work, on daily basis, with colleagues remotely that are based in other countries.

About the CDI Experience Organization:

The Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization is a Digital Product Organization responsible for delivering tech solutions to our end-users and consumers across both pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. We are organized in 15+ digital product areas, providing solutions ranging from Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, and Identity to AI.

What you’ll do:

As a Developer - CRM, you with good hands-on implementation and consulting experience of CRMsolutions will be responsible for optimizing and integrating business processes in Contact Center and Field service operations.You will be focused on developing and maintaining scalable solutions using your expertise in CRM, SAPSales & Service Cloudintegrated using Cloud nativemicroservicesbased architecture landscape. Your main tasks include:

  • Responsible for implementing & testinglow-level technical solutions that are stable, scalable & deliver high performance from UX & CX perspective.

  • You will deliver high quality code, configurations and documents deliverable during all phases of software developmentflow.

  • You will work in a Scaled Agileframework & will be responsible for delivering on Business requirements in your Products team.

  • You will work very closely with other CRMC4C developers, CRMdomain experts, SME’s and Cloud Nativedevelopers both internal and from external partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure the overall integrity of the entire system’s landscape.

  • Follow industry best practice and release governance

  • Demonstrate and infuse modern development practices by following DevOps practices ensuring deployments into production on at least a bi-weekly basis.

Who are you:

  • University graduate in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business or related areas.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional or Techno Functional in CRMsolutions ( SAPService Cloud, Salesforceor similar) based on Service and Sales processes in large transformation projects.

  • Hands-on implementation experience of integrating CRMsolutions with other SAPbackend applications like ERPor non- SAP applicationsusing CPI, Microservices, BTP or similar middleware

  • Hands on experience in configuring and customizing SAPC4C solutions including Business Rules, Workflow, Approvals, ticket routingrules, KUT field and UIpersonalization.

  • Hands-on implementation experience of REST, SOAP API Web services& standard ODataAPI’s in C4C is a must

  • Fluent in at least one of the .NET, Java, python or NodeJS as well as front-end, and back-end developmentskills.

  • You have very good communication, analytical, conceptual skills and high affinity for learning and building technology skillset.

  • Proficient in data migrationtechniques (using Data Workbench, CSV, Mass Data Maintenance).

  • Experience working alongside at least one of the following: Cloud platformslike Azure, Power Platform, MongoDB

  • Experience in test automation, testing& test tools is a plus.

  • Understanding of ABSL, UIScript, UIdesigner in Cloud ApplicationsStudio ( SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C solutions, CRMsoftware (preferably SAPC4C Service CloudSales Cloud) is good to have.
