Analog Devices continues to grow the software, systems, and solutions capabilities to support customer projects at scale. The Developer Relations function is a key driver of go to market awareness, product attach, and deep, lasting engagement with ADI. We’re‑ seeking a Developer Community Organizer (IC) who will activate and amplify our developer & partner ecosystem through high impact community programmes - online and in person.

This role plays a central part in ADI’s ongoing pivot to a developer-first narrative, turning visibility and engagement into measurable outcomes for our business and ecosystem.

As an individual contributor, you will lead programme execution for Collaborative Community - building brand credibility, accelerating awareness, adoption, and nurturing a vibrant two-way developer community across ADI’s platforms and partner ecosystems. You will coordinate with cross functional stakeholders, manage vendors and partners, and own programme outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • ADI‑Owned Developer Community Leadership: Create, plan, launch, market, and deliver high‑impact developer communities conceived by ADI - owning the full lifecycle from ideation and goals, audience targeting, promotional campaigns, meetups, hackathons, staff enablement, community content & nurture, ROI measurement, and iterative improvements for scale.
  • Hybrid Community Engagement: Drive active participation across digital forums (developer.analog.com, ez.analog.com, GitHub) and physical venues to foster an inclusive, trusted developer community.
  • Open Source Stewardship: Manage ADI’s commitments with open‑source collectives (e.g., Linux Foundation, Zephyr Project), maximising participation, and translating involvement into developer success.
  • Strategic Pillar Implementation: Serve as the execution lead for Collaborative Community pillars—operationalising playbooks, calendars, and actions for consistent, scalable delivery.
  • Ecosystem ROI Management: Turn passive memberships and participation into active engagement, contributions and demand generation - define goals, track value, and optimise investments across third-party communities.
  • Scalable Bridge: Act as the bridge between ADI and external developer communities, connecting activity & insights to ADI’s content, tools, and product teams to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.

Additional IC deliverables

  • Community Activation: Own nurture motions – activity follow-up, community threads, and campaigns - to drive deeper engagement with the ADI Developer Portal.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Build dashboards for community health, track KPIs, and make data‑driven adjustments to programmes and messaging.
  • Community & Open Source Coordination: Manage communication & deliverables with external communities and OSS organisations.

Outcomes & KPIs

  • Growth in developer community engagement (registrations, active participants, discussion threads, returning users).
  • Open Source Foundations – interactions, communication, stewardship and guidance.

Role & Responsibility (ADI Standard)

  • Operate community programmes in embedded or adjacent markets, demonstrating a track record of community growth
  • Collaborate broadly— lead by influence across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Regional teams to orchestrate developer-centric programmes at scale.
  • Shape early stage programme expansion, leveraging ADI’s platforms and reach to build credible, high‑visibility experiences both digital and physical.
  • Bridge technical and marketing: demonstrate embedded ‑ market fluency, curiosity about developer communities, and comfort with measuring impact—adjusting strategy and messaging based on data.
  • Be capable across DevRel facets:
    • On-the‑ground programmes (meet‑ups, hackathons, speaker bureau) that build community and affiliation.
    • Marketing programmes & metrics to drive awareness and measure engagement.
    • Cross market communications with embedded and vertical community leaders.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical problem solving; competitive drive; initiative; relationship‑building; and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on moving developers from observers to particpants fast—through community driven enablement and content.
  • Create excitement and garner internal support for developer community programmes.

Requirements

  • Location: EU (preferably Ireland)
  • Experienced community background , with a focus on driving scalable programmes and measurable results in developer, partner or related domains.
  • Experience stewarding open‑source programme participation
  • Handson success converting community presence into activity and long‑term community health metrics.
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills.
  • Proven engagement with vendors, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Education: 3rd level Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience); technical background preferred.
  • Travel: Yes (as required for community activities).
