About the Team
The Capacity Control Assessor team plays a critical role in safeguarding the reliability and compliance of the organization’s technology landscape. We assess applications, infrastructure, networks, storage, and cloud environments to ensure they meet regulatory, operational, and capacity requirements.
As the validation authority, we evaluate capacity evidence provided by operational teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.

About the Role

Join us to build intelligent automation for Capacity Control across our IT ecosystem. You’ll design Python-based services and AI agents that transform rules and trends into proactive actions—forecasting demand, detecting anomalies, and orchestrating workflows. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and learn how large-scale systems manage performance, cost, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Python modules to codify capacity rules and decision logic.

• Build and iterate on AI agents (LLM-driven tools, autonomous workflows, rule-based bots) for analysis and orchestration.

• Apply practical ML for forecasting, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition in usage data.

• Integrate with internal APIs and datasets; develop simple APIs/dashboards for stakeholders.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD to deliver reliable automation.

Required Skills

• Solid Python programming skills (data manipulation with Pandas/NumPy; scripting best practices).

• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and agent frameworks

• Basic ML understanding (time‑series forecasting), regression/classification, clustering, anomaly detection).

• Comfort working with JSON/CSV and calling REST APIs.

• Strong problem‑solving mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn enterprise technologies.
