JD - Java Developer
Key Responsibilities
Application Development Design and implement highly available, mission-critical, and scalable Java-based applications.
System Integration Integrate backend services with databases and external APIs to meet business requirements.
Testing & Debugging Write testable code, perform unit/integration testing, and troubleshoot application bottlenecks and bugs.
Collaboration Partner with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to deploy releases and ensure continuous delivery.
Documentation Prepare and maintain technical documentation and software design specifications. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Core Languages Advanced proficiency in Java and strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Frameworks Hands-on experience with Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).
Databases Solid knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL querying.
Tools & DevOps Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools (Maven, Gradle), and cloud/containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
Education Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field
