Job Description

As a Developer, you are responsible for creating and maintaining software development lifecycle activities pertaining to the business applications. You will design, code, test, debug, and document existing and new enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • MDM Development & Configuration
    • Design, configure, and customize Informatica P360 solutions for product data domains.
    • Develop workflows, data models, hierarchies, and attributes to support business requirements.
    • Implement data quality rules, validations, and enrichment processes.
  • Integration & Data Management
    • Integrate P360 with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and other enterprise applications.
    • Develop APIs, connectors, and ETL processes for seamless data exchange.
    • Ensure synchronization of product data across multiple systems.
  • Data Governance & Quality
    • Support product data governance initiatives by enforcing standards and policies.
    • Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product data requirements.
  • Support & Maintenance
  • Provide technical support for P360 applications and resolve issues.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, eBusiness, information technology or related field required.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred experience in a development role in an enterprise environment with responsibility for the delivery and support of world class technology solutions.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred experience with coding experience in required language, platform, and/or technology.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred experience developing solutions using modern tools and practices.
  • Working knowledge with code management systems.
  • Working knowledge with intake and task management tools.
  • Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Working knowledge of development frameworks
  • Working knowledge with build tools
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.  Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
