Infor is seeking a Senior Software Project Manager to join the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) development organization in Manila. This role will play a critical part in driving the successful delivery of complex software initiatives across a globally distributed, cloud-based product environment.

The position is initially focused on release management and release readiness, ensuring that product releases are well planned, governed, and executed across all environments. Over time, the role will expand to support broader delivery initiatives, including cross-team coordination, delivery planning, and continuous improvement of engineering and delivery practices.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong ownership, structured execution, and the ability to create clarity across multiple teams, stakeholders, and regions.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Delivery Leadership & Execution
  • Own and drive software project delivery across TPM, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex or evolving initiatives, enabling teams to plan effectively and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Support agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and execution follow-through.
Release Management & Readiness
  • Own end-to-end release readiness and execution, ensuring releases are coordinated, predictable, and successfully delivered.
  • Manage release planning and coordination across all environments, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), staging/pre-production, and production.
  • Coordinate release cycles (regular release schedules) and ensure all teams are aligned on scope, timelines, and readiness criteria.
  • Ensure releases meet defined quality, stability, and readiness standards before progression to the next stage.
Cross-Team Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Act as the central coordination point between engineering, quality assurance, product management, and platform/operations teams.
  • Track and manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and key decisions, ensuring timely resolution and clear ownership.
  • Lead coordination across globally distributed teams (e.g., Manila and UK), aligning on delivery timelines, handovers, and milestones.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure delivery and release processes follow defined governance standards, including approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain visibility into risks, issues, and escalation paths, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure mitigation and contingency plans are in place.
Production Readiness & Stabilization
  • Ensure releases are fully prepared for production deployment, including validation, communication, and support readiness.
  • Coordinate release execution activities, including real-time issue management, escalation, and post-release stabilization where required.
  • Support teams in handling production-related issues during and after releases.
Reporting, Transparency & Delivery Insights
  • Maintain clear and structured reporting across projects and releases, including:
  • Status updates
  • Action tracking
  • Decision logs
  • Risk and issue summaries
  • Define and track key delivery indicators to improve predictability, transparency, and execution quality.
Process Improvement & Operating Model
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery and release management practices.
  • Define and implement repeatable processes, playbooks, and operating models to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement across teams and workflows.
Business & Product Alignment
  • Partner with Product and Business stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business priorities and customer impact.
  • Ensure readiness across teams for each release, including communication, coordination, and expectation setting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in project or delivery management within software, SaaS, or enterprise product environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams, functions, and time zones.
  • Experience working within agile / Scrum development environments.
  • Solid understanding of software release processes, deployment readiness, and delivery governance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive alignment, clarify priorities, and escalate effectively.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams without being the primary technical owner.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of bringing structure to ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to balance delivery speed with process discipline and quality standards.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or similar tracking/reporting systems is beneficial.
