Dev Project Manager

Department: Development

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Hyderabad

As a Development Project Manager at Infor, you will oversee the execution of complex product development initiatives within a global, agile environment. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, UX teams, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Your ability to balance technical insight, business priorities, and team dynamics will be essential in driving success

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of development projects, from planning and estimation to delivery and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product management to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and support scrum teams across geographies.
  • Track project progress using metrics and KPIs; deliver regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and team performance.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between development, QA, DevOps, and support functions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in software development project management.
  • Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience managing multiple priorities across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification
  • Experience working in the enterprise software or ERP space
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience managing projects with global, cross-functional teams
