Dev-Power BI – Data & Reporting (Assistant Manager)
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune
Hybrid Mode Position
Exp: 8 - 9 Years

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Report development using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and ServiceNow.

Data extraction, processing, and distribution for reporting purposes.

Provide in-depth data analysis to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making.

Serve as the SME for Power BI, overseeing development, maintenance, and optimization of Power BI solutions.

Create, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Lead Power BI projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate solutions into business processes.

Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols.

Provide training and support on Power BI functionality to business users.

Develop documentation and assist in understanding data through Power BI.

Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for learning.

Strong analytical skills, focused on solving complex challenges.

Unbiased reporting of data-driven insights.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working with virtual teams.

Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and act as the client contact point for escalations related to data processing.

Degree in Business, Engineering, or Math with a focus on quantitative methods or relevant experience in data, reporting, and analytics.

Expertise in data analysis, Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.

Experience with data modeling, statistical methods, and handling large datasets in Power BI.

Knowledge of SQL, data gateways, and data refresh schedules.

Strong background in MI, analytics, and reporting visualization techniques.

Experience interpreting MI to diverse audiences.

Advanced in Power BI Desktop, Excel, Reporting Visualization, and Relational Data Structures.

Intermediate in SQL Server, VBA, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with professional services, data protection principles, and risk controls.
