We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team at The Dock, where you’ll play a key role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing engineering environments.
You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and observability, helping teams deliver reliable, production-ready solutions. This is not a pure operations role—you’ll contribute to engineering decisions, bringing a strong focus on reliability, repeatability, and pragmatic delivery
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, architects, data scientists, and product teams, owning key technical components such as cloud environments, networking layers, repositories, and developer tooling—ensuring alignment with best practices and internal standards.
This role suits someone with a growth mindset, who actively explores new technologies, shares knowledge, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We welcome engineers from a variety of backgrounds who demonstrate impact, ownership, and continuous learning, rather than focusing on a fixed number of years of experience.
