Job Location 20 Scranton BS - Pittston, PA 18640

The purpose of this position is to accurately complete Details for installation of newly acquired jobs and provides warranty service after installation to ensure customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Details projects for material orders,
2. Dry fits tub liner tester molds for accurate fit
3. Communicates and assists Branch Installation Manager with problems.
4. Conducts service calls to repair any plumbing and/or bathroom remodeling installation issues.
5. Records material usage from Job Worksheets and Van Inventory Report Daily,
6. Receives, unpacks, and inspects material and supplies for damages and defects,
7. Helps report damages and discrepancies to purchasing agent, fills out proper paperwork for return authorization and reimbursement,
8. Complies with all Federal, State and Local regulations along with adhering to company safety polices.
9. Assists with installation/service functions of the assigned territory,
10. Maintains a valid drivers’ license and a clean record in order to operate company-owned vehicles.
11. Completes a background check, physical, drug test and human performance evaluation.
12. Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
13. Able to complete job redo services consisting of tub/wall/fixture removal and replacement.
14. Has completed 4 years or more as a Detail/Service Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS CONTINUED:

1. Maintains a valid drivers’ license and a clean record in order to operate company-owned vehicles.
2. Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
3. Able to complete job redo services consisting of tub/wall/fixture removal and replacement.
4. Can cover the morning duties of the Installation Manager IE. Paperwork sign offs, schedule assignments etc.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS :

1. Responsible for keeping material secure at all times,
2. Assists with installer training for purposes of cross training installers on detailing jobs and performing services.
3. Evaluates jobs for installation and customer service issues.
4. Ensures company vehicle is serviced regularly, maintained in good working condition, and kept neat, clean and secure at all times.

ABILITIES AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift 85 pounds
• Must be able to drive vehicle for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day).
• Must be proficient in reading & writing, using the English language
• Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Must have competency with computers & other electronic office/business equipment
• Must have a sense of urgency and react quickly and decisively to the needs of the business.

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Complete installation training prior to assuming responsibilities. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid State driver’s license and have an excellent safety record.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have Lead Renovator Certificate.

Must be able to work in all types of environments under all types of weather conditions.
