About the Role

As a Vehicle Detailer, you will play an important role in ensuring every vehicle presented to customers reflects the high standards of Toowoomba Ford.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing, cleaning, and detailing new, used, and customer vehicles
• Vacuuming, shampooing, and maintaining vehicle interiors
• Machine polishing and buffing vehicles to a high standard
• Applying protective treatments and finishing touches
• Ensuring vehicles are presented to a showroom-ready standard
• Assisting with vehicle movements around the dealership
• Maintaining a clean and organised detailing area
• Working closely with the sales and service departments to meet delivery schedules

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous vehicle detailing experience preferred
• Experience with machine polishing and buffing highly regarded
• A strong understanding of vehicle presentation standards
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A current and valid driver's licence
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
