About the Role:Join Rainbow International of Cincinnati as a Detailed Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in transforming spaces into pristine environments. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and strive for excellence in every detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Detail Cleaning of Contents in a warehouse setting
• Utilize effective cleaning techniques and products to achieve high-quality results.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
• Assist in training new team members on cleaning practices and company standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
