C&H Construction, LLC, a leader in the infrastructure and pavement marking industry, is currently seeking a Detail Thermoplastic Foreman specializing in Pavement Marking to join our dedicated team. This role involves overseeing thermoplastic marking operations, ensuring the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency on every project. The Detail Thermoplastic Foreman will manage daily field activities, guide crew members, and coordinate resources for the successful completion of pavement marking jobs across various locations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in thermoplastic applications and possess strong leadership abilities to ensure projects are executed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in thermoplastic pavement marking application and supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing field crews.
• Thorough knowledge of pavement marking materials, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving field issues promptly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
