The Detail Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring our equipment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. They must possess an acute attention to detail, be adept at meeting deadlines, and exhibit exceptional customer service skills. While prior detailing experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable working with various cleaning products, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and capable of standing, stooping, and bending as needed. This is a vital agricultural service position that supports the performance and appearance of our John Deere equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail both new and used customer and dealer-owned equipment, focusing on both exterior and interior detailing.
• Deliver professional finished products, ensuring equipment's cleanliness and presentation meet our standards.
• Provide backup support for lot maintenance and equipment movement for the Sales Department.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety protocols while completing assignments.
• Ensure company vehicles, inventory, and tools are properly maintained and in working condition.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished equipment before delivery to customers.
• Wash vehicle exteriors using appropriate cleaning solutions, water, cloths, and brushes.
• Undertake other duties or projects as assigned by management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated self-starter who can work independently and efficiently.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, often exceeding 8 hours per day.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred ability to operate heavy equipment.

Compensation

The following represents Brandt Holdings compensation estimation based on market data and placement of internal employees. This is a hourly role with a starting base of $18.00 and going up to $28.00 based on experience.
