Wat ga je doen ?

Als Detailplanner bij Prysmian Emmen ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt plannings- en productieproces van de door de Capaciteitsplanner vrijgegeven productieorders Daarnaast draag je, in nauw overleg met de Capaciteitsplanner, bij aan de optimale beschikbaarheid van onze eindproducten. Je houdt je bezig met het plannen, coördineren en monitoren van alle activiteiten binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied. Samen met de afdelingen Productie en Verkoop zorg je ervoor dat het eindproduct op het juiste moment beschikbaar is door optimaal gebruik te maken van de beschikbare capaciteit.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Korte termijn planning en coördinatie Je stelt gedetailleerde productieplanningen op en coördineert de uitvoering hiervan. Je houdt rekening met de beschikbare capaciteit, grondstoffen en personeelsbezetting;

• Beheer van Vrijgegeven productie orders Je bent verantwoordelijk voor accurate productie due-dates van de vrijgegeven orders Je bewaakt de voortgang van de productieprocessen en grijpt in waar nodig om afwijkingen te corrigeren. Dit omvat het analyseren van productiegegevens en het nemen van beslissingen om de efficiëntie te verbeteren

• Optimalisatie Je identificeert en implementeert verbeteringen in de plannings- en productieprocessen om de doorlooptijd te verkorten en de klanttevredenheid te verhogen

• Samenwerking Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat de productieplanning aansluit bij de verkoopprognoses en klantbehoeften

• Rapportage Je stelt rapportages op over de productieprestaties en presenteert deze aan het management en de desbetreffende capaciteitsplanner. Je gebruikt deze gegevens om trends te analyseren en om samen met de Capaciteitsplanner toekomstige planningen te optimaliseren

• Coördineren tussen de afdelingen Verkoop, Productie en Grondstoffenplanning om een naadloze samenwerking te garanderen.

• Begeleiden van de introductie en uitfasering van producten om een soepele overgang te waarborgen

Functie-eisen:

• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, waardoor je bekend bent met de verantwoordelijkheden en uitdagingen die de functie met zich meebrengt;

• Je hebt ruime ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.

• Je bent taakvolwassen en kunt zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk werken;

• Je beschikt over sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden;

• Je bent overtuigend, stressbestendig en enthousiast;

• Je bent resultaatgericht, daadkrachtig, ambitieus en proactief;`

• Je hebt een bewezen staat van dienst in het optimaliseren van processen;

• Je bent in staat om integraal te denken met oog voor details.

Detail Planner

Are you an analytically strong and experienced professional with a passion for Supply Chain and Production processes? Do you want to play a key role in our organization, with customer satisfaction as a central focus? Then this role is for you.

What will you do?

As a Detail Planner at Prysmian Emmen, you are responsible for an efficient planning and production process for the production orders released by the Capacity Planner. In close coordination with the Capacity Planner, you contribute to the optimal availability of finished products.

You plan, coordinate, and monitor all activities within your area of responsibility. Together with Production and Sales, you ensure that finished products are available at the right time by making optimal use of available capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-term planning and coordination: Create detailed production schedules and coordinate their execution, taking into account available capacity, raw materials, and workforce.

• Management of released production orders: Responsible for accurate production due dates. Monitor production progress and intervene when deviations occur by analyzing data and improving efficiency.

• Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in planning and production processes to reduce lead times and increase customer satisfaction.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align production planning with sales forecasts and customer needs.

• Reporting: Prepare reports on production performance and present them to management and the Capacity Planner; analyze trends and optimize future plans.

• Coordination between Sales, Production, and Raw Materials Planning.

• Support product introductions and phase-outs to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Able to work independently and take ownership.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Persuasive, resilient under pressure, and enthusiastic.

• Results-driven, proactive, ambitious, and decisive.

• Proven experience in process optimization.

• Ability to think end-to-end while maintaining attention to detail.
