• Hands-on knowledge of fruit cutting, dessert preparation, and presentation.
• Ability to prepare fruit cups, platters, shakes, smoothies, and mocktails.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Good attention to detail and a creative approach to presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation of all items.
• Create visually appealing desserts inspired by premium fruit cafés.
• Maintain a clean and organized preparation area.
