ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is seeking an experienced and motivated Despatch Officer to join our dynamic team at Hemmant This role sits at the heart of our operations, connecting production, transport, and customer service to ensure our customers receive their orders safely, on time and in full.
Working closely with internal teams and external freight contractors, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of up to 100+ tonnes of steel products daily. You’ll also support customer service functions, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.

This role works Monday to Friday on a rotating shift basis, working 5:00am–1:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm
