What does the job look like?

Based at our Rosehill Branch and reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Transport and Distribution team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. You'll help coordinate logistics activities, maintain high levels of customer service, and contribute to achieving and improving operational KPIs.

Roster: Early morning shift starting at 4am or Afternoon shift starting at 1pm

Key areas include:

• Accountability for all operational aspects of the distribution and or transport area ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Maintaining and ensuring customer service levels, delivery requirements, objectives, and targets (measure through KPI’s) are achieved
• Daily planning and run maintenance
• Be responsible to drive initiatives, maintain and improve WHS program for distribution compliance
• Operating the Despatch doors in the loading bay
• Loading and unloading of runs – includes ensuring all runs get the correct load and equipment
• Respond to customer queries
• Other duties in the branch as required
