The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for delivering hands on, in country IT support for users and workplace technology in Trinidad. The role provides frontline support for end user devices, office based technology, onboarding activities, conference rooms, and local smart hands requirements, helping ensure stable and responsive support.
Purpose:
The position services as the primary local IT support presence and works closely with global IT teams to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, maintain device readiness, and support day to day business operations. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong technical troubleshooting, sound judgement and a customer focused approach.
