    What You’ll Do:


    • Provide IT support

      for incidents, service requests, and general
      queries via phone, remote access, email, and onsite visits; resolve issues
      using ServiceNow and document actions accordingly.

    • Deploy and maintain
      IT equipment

      (PCs, laptops,
      Cisco phones, mobile devices, etc.), support application rollouts, perform
      asset management, and act as a liaison between IT Operations, customers, and
      external service providers.

    • Perform reporting
      and management tasks

      ,
      including escalation handling, SLA adherence tracking, knowledge sharing, and
      maintaining internal IT processes and documentation.


    Requirements


    What you need:


    • Systems & Tools
      Proficiency: Experience with
      ServiceNow ticketing system, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Microsoft Visio,
      and the Intune Company Portal; familiarity with Active Directory and Azure.

    • Hardware &
      Device Knowledge: Competent in
      handling PCs, notebooks, printers, Cisco devices, and Surface Hubs, with basic
      hardware troubleshooting and setup skills.

    • Networking &
      Security: Basic understanding
      of IT networks, VPN solutions, and IT security principles; foundational
      knowledge of ITIL processes and mobile office environments.

    • Language &
      Communication: Fluent in both
      spoken and written German and English; communicates clearly, reliably, and with
      a customer-friendly approach.

    • Technical
      Foundation & Reliability:
      Possesses a solid base in technical concepts with a proactive, dependable, and
      communicative work ethic.
