Our client -who is a National retail franchise chain specializing in running shoes, apparel, gear, and community-based training programs is in need of a help-desk/desktop support person for contract to hire. Today there are 3 support techs and manager on the Infrastructure team supporting 1000 users in Windows environment with 15% Macintosh.
As our Level 2 IT Support Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components at an advanced level. This individual will install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organization, tackling more complex issues and serving as an escalation point for other technicians. You will interact with various departments and levels, listen to their technical needs, and help implement IT solutions. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional troubleshooting abilities, customer service skills, and strong attention to detail. This position is based out of our Distribution Center located in Durham, NC. Some travel to retail stores is required. 20%
-Any Intune user or administrations skills big plus as this is what they will be migrating to.
-Any Identity & Access experience like adding and deleting users in Microsoft Entra or Okta is a big plus
-Any experience w/zendesk a big plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrboro, NC.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
