Job Description

Responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized technical support to high-profile clients, executives, and priority users. This role ensures seamless technology experiences by proactively managing issues, providing rapid resolution, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executive Support
  • Provide white-glove IT support to C-level executives, board members, and other VIPs.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to their workflow by resolving issues quickly and discreetly.
• Technical Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
  • Support collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Outlook, etc.) and productivity applications.
• Proactive Monitoring
  • Anticipate potential issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain and monitor VIP devices for performance, security, and updates.
• Incident Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP incidents.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams while maintaining ownership until resolution.
• Confidentiality & Security
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and data protection standards.
• Customer Experience
  • Deliver a concierge-level support experience with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Provide clear communication and regular updates during issue resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in executive/VIP support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and remote access solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
