What You Will Do:


  • Provide end-user deskside and onsite IT support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, printer, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, workstations, handheld devices, and peripherals. This includes Windows installation, troubleshooting, MS Office support, mobile device support (iOS/Android), and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Deliver hands-and-feet (smart hands) support for network and datacenter equipment by assisting remote teams with device installations, cabling, patching, hardware replacements, rack and stack activities, equipment health checks, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and providing detailed updates during incident resolution and maintenance activities.

  • Manage user administration and deployment activities, including Active Directory account creation, mailbox and distribution list management, SCCM deployments, Windows image builds, remote support using tools such as Bomgar, WebEx, and Remote Desktop, while also supporting conference room AV equipment and maintaining excellent customer service standards.


Requirements


What You Need:


  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Windows 7/10/11 installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and desktop support

    , including hardware diagnostics, driver management, OS imaging, software deployment, and performance optimization.

  • Proven experience providing

    Smart Hands / Hands & Feet support for Network and Datacenter equipment

    , including cabling, patching, rack and stack activities, hardware replacement, connectivity troubleshooting, and supporting switches, routers, firewalls, and server infrastructure.

  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft technologies

    , including Active Directory user administration, Exchange mailbox management, SCCM deployments, Windows image creation, Microsoft Office troubleshooting (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and remote support tools such as Bomgar, WebEx, and Remote Desktop.
