What You'll Do


  • Provide onsite break/fix support, IMAC services, and troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices, including data migration, backups, and coordination with third-party vendors for repairs and maintenance.


  • Manage the full asset lifecycle—commissioning devices for new hires, performing asset refreshes, handling collections during separations, and maintaining accurate inventory with regular reporting.


  • Support printers, AV systems, and software distributions; coordinate with the Service Desk to resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs while ensuring minimal disruption to authorized users.


Requirements


What You Need


  • 2–5 years of IT support experience with Windows and macOS, including OS deployment, hardware configuration, break/fix support, and strong networking fundamentals.


  • Experience with IMAC processes, asset management, printer and AV support, vendor coordination, and working within ITSM tools and service fulfillment workflows.


  • Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills; ability to clearly communicate technical information to end users in English or regional language.


  • Ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for travel to designated sites.


  • Preferred: Experience in automotive manufacturing, MCP and/or A+ certifications, and background in help desk or call center environments.
