We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our team and support a large-scale laptop refresh initiative. In this role, approximately 90% of your time will be dedicated to deploying and refreshing nearly 1,000 laptops annually, utilizing automated imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM. The remaining 10% of your responsibilities will involve end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, software installations, break/fix support, and managing tickets through a service desk environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365, and the ability to follow documented processes with attention to detail. Success in this role is driven by excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. Experience with Citrix is a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys working directly with internal customers, fits well within a collaborative team environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding technical support.
This is a Contract position based out of Westfield Center, OH.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
