VIP Support
Provide dedicated VIP technical support to the ADB President, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues.
Deliver onsite support daily at ADB Headquarters and other designated locations as required.
Maintain and support end-user devices, applications, communication tools, and related technologies used by the President.
Ensure service delivery meets established VIP support service levels and performance standards.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Monitor and maintain service readiness to ensure uninterrupted support availability.
Provide technical assistance at the Presidents residence in Forbes Park, Makati City, when required.
During periods of low VIP support demand, assist with Service Desk operations and Telephone Operations (TelOps) activities to support overall IT service delivery.
Document support activities, incidents, and resolutions in accordance with organizational procedures.
