The Recreation Attendant (Desk Attendant) monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities.
Location: Centre Village Condos in downtown Minneapolis, MN
Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday 3pm - 11pm
Part-time Hourly rate: $20-22 per hour

Knowledge and Skills
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
Professional customer service skills.
Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED Required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and to reach above shoulders with hands and arms in order to file a variety of documents; use hands and fingers to input data to information system; and talk or hear in order to gather and provide information on departmental processes. The employee is often required to sit in order to process information and conduct data entry activities.
