Reports to: Club Manager

Essential Functions

1. Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
2. Open and close the facility based on shift schedule
3. Answer the phone, take messages for the Club Manager when necessary.
4. Answer membership and facility questions
5. Greet and check in members, verify their Club privileges
6. Effectively process guest passes when Club privileges do not exist
7. Accurately answer questions regarding all Club processes and programs.
8. Process all Point of Sale transactions
9. Complete opening and closing procedures, including balancing the cash drawer and maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Club
10. Wash, dry, and fold the towels, and keep a constant supply of towels available to members and guests
11. Distribute locker keys
12. Perform daily cleaning duties
13. Uphold our principle to “Improve the day”

Requirements

1. Patience, tact, and clear communication skills.
2. Age 18 or older.
3. Skills in both leadership and customer service.
4. Solid work ethic.
5. Commitment to our values: hospitality, integrity, teamwork, care, and family.
