As a Designer at Deploy You would

• Support product team and marketing in creating design assets, everything from mood boards, logo design to product mockups.

• Might autonomously own a part in a product design.

• Learn how to sharpen your product instinct through data and user feedback.

• Learn about hands-on user research and designing options for an A/B testing.

• Able to create concepts and prototypes, gradually learn when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.

• You constantly look out to the market, seeing the trend, watching the competitions

• Have been working with web/mobile products

• You’re a good communicator. Help the PM with initial product concepts.

• Have experience with modern tools in making IA, wireframes, low and high-fi mockups, e.g., Sketch, Invision, Figma, Miro etc.

• Experience in user testing

• Be comfortable with agile development process

• Have a strong experience in deciding and working with design/development scope for new projects

• Experienced in cross-functional communication, with PM, engineer and analytics

• Are exposed to the whole product development process, in an environment where your ideas count

• Thrive in a team setup
