We're looking for a Designer to reimagine Levi's iconic Lot 700 fit families while helping grow Denim Dressing as pillar of Levi's modern denim lifestyle strategy. Reporting to the Senior Designer for Lot 700 and Denim Dressing, this role sits at the intersection of heritage and fashion—translating Levi's archive, fit expertise, and authenticity into relevant, fashion‑forward products across bottoms, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, and tops. You'll work across both core, high‑volume fits that define the brand and newer fashion categories that push Levi's forward, contributing to seasonal collections that balance creativity, craft, and commercial impact, with close attention to fabric, finish, construction, and final execution in a fast‑moving, evolving design environment.
About the Job
Design product across Lot 700, Ribcage, Cinch, and related fit families, alongside Denim Dressing categories including dresses, jumpsuits, skirts, and denim tops.
Rework and refresh core silhouettes by introducing new proportions, fabrics, finishes, and elevated details while maintaining Levi's brand DNA.
Contribute to the expansion of Denim Dressing as a strategic growth category within Levi's denim lifestyle offering.
Translate trend, vintage, archive, and marketplace research into commercial designs suited for scale.
Partner with Merchandising and Product Development to align design decisions with consumer needs, assortment strategies, cost targets, and timelines.
Develop seasonal concepts, sketches, and presentation materials that communicate design intent.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to problem‑solve fit, fabrication, construction, and finish challenges.
Use Levi's archive access and innovation lab prototyping resources to explore ideas, test finishes, and refine product quickly.
Work fluidly in a fast‑moving environment, adapting designs in response to testing and feedback
Provide guidance to the Assistant Designer, contributing to a collaborative and engaged design team.
