We are seeking an Intermediate Designer to join our dynamic team in Henderson, Auckland. This role is pivotal in enhancing our manufacturing and production processes through innovative design solutions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop design solutions for manufacturing projects.
• Create detailed design specifications and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to communicate design concepts and project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a design role within the manufacturing or production industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
