"We are looking for a Technical Specialist who will deliver comprehensive IT solutions to address the business challenges of telecommunications service providers, leveraging CTG’s solution portfolio.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, and lead solution delivery from requirements gathering and design through implementation and deployment.

By utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and best-fit solutions, you will partner with customers to drive successful business outcomes and resolve complex technical challenges"

Key Responsibilities

1. To conduct thorough analysis of user needs and system specifications.
2. To develop detailed design specifications and documentation including system components and user interfaces.
3. To create prototypes to illustrate the functionality of the software ,gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user /stakeholder input.
4. To collaborate with cross-functional teams, to create cohesive and user-friendly interfaces.
